PERFORMANCE

If you are getting lower charging speeds than expected, you might want to have a look at what charger you are using. There are several different sorts of wall chargers, with specs ranging from 1A up to about 3A. Make sure you always use the optimal wall charger for your device, which should be the one provided when originally buying the device. For example, your iPad won’t charge as fast with an iPhone charger, regardless of what cable you are using and charging from a computer will always be slow since their USB ports only allow about 500mA, which is less than the slowest iPhone wall charger.

RETURNS

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

All refunds will be payed to the same card that was used during the purchase.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

It is always the Purchaser’s own responsibility to have knowledge of National Custom Tax. Any possible Custom Tax will be borne by the Purchaser. For Purchaser’s within the EU there is never any Customs Tax when ordering from Volutz.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
